I'm sleepy...
I've spent far too much time today being lazy! Shame on me!
Jeeze... this school year has been really hecktic! I wish I had more time for life and all nifty websites that I made promises to :(
So, everyone knows... I haven't completely forgotten about this blog... and I always want to post... but, most of the time I don't even have my computer hooked up. Its usually sitting in my backpack under my desk.. and usually it is only taken out when Erick needs to use it or I'm looking for codes. :) yep...
So.... maybe, I'll be back tomorrow... hopefully, I will!
As of today, I just finished On Government by Cicero... yay for me and HIS433
Erick and I went to see Jackass 2 today. I'm sure he'll write about it in his blog with more detail and since I'm tired, I'll let him have the pleasure of explaining every bit of it... but, I really must say that it was really really funny. From the very beginning I was laughing at the top of my lungs. There were a few scenes that I personally could not watching... just because I get nervous about stuff with eyes... even when they aren't my own I get really sensative and conscious of my own... its kind of hard to explain... but there was a scene where Steve-o put a leach on his eyeball... that maybe me kind of squmish but, for the most part... it was good!
And, with that, I must go to bed! I'm the first to get up tomorrow and yet, I go to bed with the rest of them... how stupid does that make me? :)
Constitutin day was pretty awesome. I got to go to this live radio broadcast of this guy named Hue Hewitt. That was really cool. The dean of arts and science's phone kept going off... what a jerk! :)
Anyway... the debate was really good. It was Original versus Active judicial review. The activist lady kept interupting and not answering the question. Its hard for me to explain everything that was being said because I would have to go into a lot of detail explaining background cases and everthing else, but overall it was great!
I'm off... I'm actually in class right now.
I'm pretty pumped. Tonight, I'm going to a debate. Its going to be really cool. I went to the constitution day event last year, except last year was just a panel of our own teachers. This year it is going to be a debate between some chick from UCLA and some guy from UCR, and its in the gym this year. I should find out when that is exactly. I think its at 6:30. I really love politics. My Congress and the President teacher, prof. Luther, is giving us extra credit if we go and then go online to our discussion board and talk about it.
Anyway... I think I'm done for now. I need to do my hair for class. :)
Yay for you! xoxo read more
